1. Scope of Refunds

We offer refunds for orders that are misprinted, damaged, defective, or otherwise materially different from their online descriptions. To ensure prompt service and accuracy, please review the following terms.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests received after this period may be denied.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet all of the following:

Be in original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact)
Include photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, defect)
Correspond to the order number provided in your request

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@thewhitecollarproject.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Order #xxxx]."
Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Await our confirmation email. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your request and evidence, we will inspect the case.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
If denied, we will explain the reason and, if appropriate, offer an exchange or store credit.

6. Return Shipping

If a return shipment is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Please ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the return label.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Products worn, altered, or not returned in their original condition
Items beyond the 7-day refund window
Custom or personalized designs (unless defective)

8. Exceptions & Force Majeure

In cases of delays or disruptions caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other unforeseen events, we will work to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any product issues is limited to the purchase price of the affected item(s).
