We make limited, made-to-order pieces. This FAQ tightens timelines, return rules, and shipping expectations while keeping things customer-friendly. Your statutory rights remain intact.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Select your size/colour, add to cart, and check out. You’ll receive: (1) order confirmation, (2) dispatch email with tracking, and (3) delivery confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production quickly. You have a short window (about 2 hours) after checkout to request changes or a cancellation. Email info@thewhitecollarproject.com with the subject “ORDER CHANGE – [order #]”. If production or packing has begun, we can’t alter or cancel. If the order ships, please use the returns process where applicable.
I entered the wrong address—what now?
Email us immediately. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we’ll ask the carrier to attempt an intercept (not guaranteed). Orders returned to us as undeliverable/insufficient address can be re-shipped once corrected; additional postage may apply.
Pre-orders & drops
Some releases include a pre-order window. Estimated ship dates appear on the product page and your receipt. Pre-orders reserve stock; your card is charged at checkout. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together on the latest date unless we state otherwise.
Purchase limits & bots
To keep releases fair, we may limit quantities per customer/household, cancel suspected bot/proxy purchases, and block duplicate orders at our discretion.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store full card details.
Do prices include VAT/tax?
UK orders include VAT. International orders are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) unless specified; local customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility at delivery.
Promo codes & price adjustments
One promo per order. Discounts can’t be applied retroactively or combined. We don’t offer price adjustments on past orders.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
UK. Free worldwide shipping on orders over £100 (after discounts, before taxes).
Production & dispatch times
Many items are made to order. Typical production is 2–5 business days before dispatch (peak periods may vary). You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
Estimated transit times
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
USA/Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Carrier estimates only; customs, weather, or local delays may extend delivery.
Split shipments
To speed delivery, your order may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Lost, delayed, or stolen parcels
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan. For parcels stalled in transit, notify us after 7 business days (UK) or 10 business days (international). We’ll investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund per carrier outcome. Claims reported late may be ineligible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags/packaging. Email info@thewhitecollarproject.com with subject “RETURN – [order #]” to start. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Made-to-order & limited items
Non-personalised made-to-order items are eligible for return under the above window unless the product page clearly states Final Sale. Numbered/archival pieces may be Final Sale—we’ll label these on the product page.
Faulty, misprinted, or damaged items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.
Exclusions
We can’t accept returns for: (a) worn/washed items, (b) items without original tags/packaging, (c) personalised/customised goods, (d) items marked Final Sale, (e) gift cards.
How do exchanges work?
For the fastest turnaround, return the original item and place a new order for the desired size/colour. We’ll process your refund once the return is received and inspected.
Return address
We’ll supply the correct returns hub in your approval email (this may differ by region/product).

Size guide
Size charts live on each product page. Oversized silhouettes are intentional—if you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down. Questions? Email us your height, weight, and preferred fit.
Care instructions

Products & Authenticity
Are items limited/numbered?
Many pieces are limited runs and will not be reissued. Numbered editions indicate scarcity on the product page.
Materials & production
Heavyweight cotton jerseys and premium blends; pieces are produced with trusted partners and inspected against our standards.
Authenticity
Only purchases from thewhitecollarproject.com or authorised stockists are guaranteed authentic.
Gifts & Packaging
Gifts
We don’t include pricing on packing slips. Add a gift note at checkout when available.
Packaging
We use protective packaging suitable for the garment and destination; limited pieces may include special collateral.
Bulk & Trade
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes—events and corporate requests welcome. Email info@thewhitecollarproject.com with quantities, deadlines, and destinations.
