The City of London becomes a chromatic runway in this explosive reimagining of institutional power. Street Audace transforms the neoclassical corridors of finance into streams of pure colour, where a lone black cab cuts through ribbons of teal, amber and coral that cascade between the Bank of England’s columns like liquid data.
The street itself becomes the subject — no longer tarmac but a spectrum of possibilities radiating from the vehicle’s trajectory. Red double-deckers hover like punctuation marks in this visual sentence, while pin-striped figures dissolve into architectural shadows, reduced to silhouettes against the flood of digital light.
Each stripe represents a different frequency of urban existence: the pulse of markets, the rhythm of commuters, the heartbeat of a city that never truly sleeps. The composition suggests movement at light speed — capitalism itself accelerating into pure abstraction.
Part of Foundation Seven, this work captures the moment when the old world of stone and tradition collides with the new world of algorithms and acceleration. The question remains: who’s driving?
