3. Shipping Fees

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5. Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 5 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 3 days so we can open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or customs inspections.
